Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of a skeletal muscles. weight lifting usually requires different types of equipment such as a dumbells, barbells, and weight machines. Many sports now a day required weight training to help them stay strong. It is a safe sports and when done right, it could be a life changing experience.
My goals is to convinced everyone to do weight lifting. I want all my classmates and teachers to be fit and healthy. I would like tot see everyone persistent without giving up. To not get bored of same routine, everyone should weight lift every other day. My main goal also is to advise everyone that weight lifting is important to not only our body but also our brain. The brain that we all need in order to stay focus in school.
