Can you help me understand this Management question?

Frederick Herzberg’s Two-Factor Motivation Theory of Motivation is the crux of Dan Pink’s message in this modules’ “The Puzzle of Motivation.” In it, emphasis is on using one’s intrinsic motivation as a catalyst for performance through either Mastery, Autonomy, or Purpose. Dr. Migliano refers to this as the “MAP-way” to employee engagement or human performance.

Which would you like your boss, supervisor, company, advisor, or teacher to provide you as a motivation tactic: Mastery, Autonomy, or Purpose?
